In 2018, long term supporter and Mill Trust member, Audrey Sylvia Gibson-Poole died. Her son, Simon, offered to the Trust a village pump that had been in his mother's garden, for the Trust to restore and install on the Mill field, on the condition that once restored it would bear a plaque in memory of his mother.
