The Frank Gregory Model Windmill Collection
From High Salvington Mill Trust
Frank Gregory's daughter made her father's windmill models available to the High Salvington Mill Trust on a revocable loan in 2010. The collection includes a cased set of four miniature models and a number of larger models. The four models in the case are:
- An open trestle post mill, similar to Nutley Windmill.
- A post mill with roundhouse and tailpole-mounted fantail, similar to Jill Windmill at Clayton.
- A smock mill with reefing stage, similar to Shipley Windmill.
- A tower mill, similar to Jack Windmill at Clayton.
The collection also includes larger models, such as the ones on the right.
