Step Controller

The role of a step controller is to guard the steps on public open days. They are there to offer assistance to anyone who wishes to accept it ascending or descending the stairs of the mill, but the most important duty is to ensure that there are never more than 22 people in the mill, in 2 tour parties, including both Mill Guides.
