Sail removal - Common
In-depth condition check and repainting use cherry picker / scaffolding to have in depth inspection- repairs as required.
Sail removal - Spring
In-depth condition check and repainting -repairs as required. Paint iron work with Hammerite or similar.
Internal Iron work
To be painted.

Wind engine (2)
Gearbox - Top up as required. Observe if any water or emulsion in oil also ensure all surfaces free of rust & oil coated (quarterly). Drain oil, clean box & refill with correct oil every 5 years (2) DO NOT OVERFILL, note oil level mark on outside of gearbox.

Electrical
Electrical Certificate renewal
Professional site inspection required of all electrical instillation (not plug in's). (5 Yearly).
PAT Test
Competent person to conduct (Portable appliance test). List equipment tested.
Main building Earth Rod Boxes
Each (5-off) main building earth rod box- check of electrical continuity and in good order. 2Yearly - if done at El check (No73) then 2 years after.
